I have finally switched from another real estate web site company – [old website company name removed]-- that I have used for almost 3 years. They had the most difficult system to use when you wanted to enhance your listings. At one point they sent someone to my office to work with their site on my computer and he couldn’t do the corrections. The customer service was horrible. I would call for help and maybe I’d be lucky enough to hear back from them in 3 weeks. Then I’d be told that I had to speak to someone who currently was unavailable. It took 2 months of messages to get them to understand that I wanted to get cancel my service and then of course they didn’t offer any refund.
Your design is much more client-friendly. Clear, concise and simplified. I’m delighted to have found your company.
