Cindy Sorey was great from start to finish! She did a thorough inspection of our property, gave us a list of potential improvements to maximize its selling price, listened to our direction on how much we wanted to invest then tailored the list to propose a game plan which we all agreed on. She used her various local vendors to, amazingly, make the improvements within the estimated time frame and budget. She then sold the house for significantly OVER the asking price! She also recommended how to handle the final negotiation points as we closed the deal, which ended up being favorable to us but fair to both parties. I would definitely recommend Cindy Sorey if you want to sell your house!
