Landmark Village’s focal point is the beautiful Santa Clara River. As currently planned, Landmark village will offer a variety of homes. Landmark Village is currently going through the approval process and should be the first community to be built in Newhall Ranch.
Mission Village will feature hillside and river view estate style homes.
Mission Village is now in the approval process.
Homestead Village will offer generously sized homes with larger yards for move-up buyers with larger families, plus opportunities for first-time and entry level homebuyers. Homestead is now in planning process.
Potrero Village will have a more rustic atmosphere and will also serve as the gateway to the High Country preserve, a 4,200 acre natural area that will host a visitor center and miles of hiking trails. Potrero Village is currently in the early planning process.
